EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Please choose your items carefully - we want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order.
To return an item please contact us so we can provide you with the relevant information. We will provide you with your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Goods must be returned within 30 days of the order date. All returns must be in new condition. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN AUTHORIZED RA# FOR ACCURATE AND PROMPT PROCESSING.
Once approved for credit or exchange we will credit via your original payment method, excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee will be credited if the product delivered is faulty or does not match what you ordered. Personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty, or do not match what you ordered.
